INFORMATION CLAUSE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), we inform you about the principles of processing your personal data and your rights in this respect.
The controller of your personal data is Urban Recruitment Employment Agency, located at: ul. Romana Dmowskiego 38B, 97-300 Piotrków Trybunalski.

We inform you that we process your personal data based on applicable legal regulations, concluded agreements, and your consent. In certain cases, we may be required to make a copy of your identification document to meet legal obligations before employment.
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
1. Fulfilling legal obligations imposed on us.
2. Performing contracts concluded with counterparties.
3. In other cases – solely based on your prior consent within the scope and for the purpose specified in its content.
The recipients of your personal data may include:
1. Public authorities or entities performing public tasks, within the scope arising from generally applicable laws.
2. Other entities that process data on behalf of the controller under an agreement.
Your data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes specified above and as required by applicable law.
Your rights regarding the processing of your data:
1. Right to access data, including the right to obtain a copy.
2. Right to rectify incorrect or incomplete data.
3. Right to delete data (“right to be forgotten”) if:
• The data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
• You have withdrawn consent, and there is no other legal basis for processing.
• The data is processed unlawfully.
4. Right to restrict processing if:
• You contest the accuracy of the data.
• The data is required for establishing or defending legal claims.
5. Right to data portability (in specific cases).
6. Right to object to processing based on public interest or the controller’s legitimate interests.
7. Right to withdraw consent if the data is processed based on your consent.
8. Right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
What is GDPR?
GDPR is an EU regulation that has governed personal data processing in EU countries since May 25, 2018, protecting the rights of natural persons.

To whom do we transfer your data?
To third parties, such as IT companies, legal firms, or public authorities, only under legal grounds or with your consent.
