Salary
Base Rate
- 25.33 PLN/hour net — workers after 26 years old
- 31.40 PLN/hour net — workers under 26 years old with student status
Bonus
💵 Up to 400 PLN gross monthly depending on work productivity.
Seniority Allowance
After every 2 months of work, the rate increases by 0.50 PLN/hour.
After 2 months:
- 25.83 PLN/hour net after 26 years old
- 31.90 PLN/hour net under 26 years old
After 4 months:
- 26.33 PLN/hour net after 26 years old
- 32.40 PLN/hour net under 26 years old
After 6 months:
- 26.83 PLN/hour net after 26 years old
- 32.90 PLN/hour net under 26 years old
For UDT operators
- 34.50 PLN/hour gross
- 27.84 PLN/hour net
An allowance for seniority every 2 months +0.50 PLN/hour also applies.
Payment of Salary
💳 Salary is paid from the 20th of the current month for the previous worked month.
Advance Payment
The first advance payment can be received after the first worked week until the moment of receiving the first full salary.
Work Schedule
- work in 2 shifts
- no night shifts
- 6 days a week
- Saturday is a day off
- the working week is from Sunday to Friday
- shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours
📈 The number of working hours depends on the warehouse workload and the number of orders.
Schedule changes are possible, as well as days off during the week depending on production needs.
Responsibilities
The main tasks of the worker include:
- picking orders using a scanner;
- working with the warehouse system;
- moving goods using manual pallet jacks/trolleys;
- packing goods into boxes and bags;
- preparing orders for shipment;
- sorting products.
