Salary
Workers receive an hourly rate:
- 31.40 PLN/hour net — for candidates under 26 years old
- 25.36 PLN/hour net — for candidates from 26 years old
Salary is paid to a bank card.
The first advance payment can be received after the first worked week until the moment the first full salary is processed.
Work Schedule
- 5–6 days a week
- 8–12 hours per shift
- work in 2–3 shifts
Possible shifts:
- 07:00–15:00
- 15:00–23:00
- 23:00–07:00
or
- 07:00–19:00
- 19:00–07:00
📈 From 200 to 280 working hours per month.
Days off are rotating.
The schedule and number of hours may change depending on the volume of orders in the warehouse.
Breaks
For a 12-hour shift:
- 30 minutes
- 15 minutes
For an 8-hour shift:
- 30 minutes
All breaks are paid.
Responsibilities
Work in a branded clothing and accessories warehouse includes:
- receiving goods;
- sorting products;
- picking orders using a scanner;
- preparing goods for shipment;
- packing completed orders;
- product quality control.
Warehouse Departments
Pick
- placement of goods;
- picking orders;
- carrying and sorting products;
- transfer of goods between warehouse zones.
Pack
- packing orders for customers.
PTL
- sorting orders;
- arranging items into lockers and sections.
InOut
- receiving goods;
- shipping products;
- sorting parcels.
Stock Control
- quality check;
- product audit;
- control of warehouse processes.
⚠️ Performance targets (wydajność) apply to each department.
Accommodation
🏠 Accommodation is provided.
- payment only for utilities — 450 PLN/month
- living with 2–4 people in a room
- there is everything necessary for a comfortable stay:
- Wi-Fi
- refrigerator
- washing machine
- kitchen and bathroom
💵 For employees living in their own accommodation, a subsidy is provided — 2 PLN for each hour worked.
Transportation
🚌 Free commute to work.
Transportation of workers is organized from the city of Sosnowiec.
